You know, I have long thought that it's unfortunate how rarely we seem to know our neighbors.  Well, the house across the street has rented.  I noticed that it rented.  And it occurred to me that it's a lot easier for the people who already live in a neighborhood to welcome new arrivals, then for new arrivals to go door to door and meet people.  So ( Read more... )
